Apply for this roleEarly companies generate an enormous amount of necessary work that belongs to no department: support that is really product research, a payments edge case, a church pilot that needs coordinating, a spreadsheet that has quietly become critical infrastructure. This role catches that work, does it well, and then makes it somebody's job or nobody's job.
What you will do
Own support, and turn what you learn there into a weekly briefing the product team actually reads.
Run operational projects end to end: pilots, vendor decisions, launch logistics, policy documents.
Build the internal tooling and documentation that stops the same question being answered twice.
Fill whatever gap is most expensive this month, and say when a gap has grown into a role.
What we are looking for
Three or more years in a role where the scope changed every quarter and you kept up.
Strong writing. Most of this job is written and most of it is read by someone deciding something.
Genuine comfort with ambiguity, and the instinct to start rather than to wait for clarity.
The judgement to know which fires to let burn.
Nice to have
Startup experience before a process layer existed.
You are handy with automation tools or light scripting.
You have done customer support and did not hate it.
