Every one of these is midweek work. None of them happens during a service.
Small groups
Leaders give Trinity the passage the group is on and get back the questions people actually ask about it, the places translations diverge, and the two or three things that chapter is commonly misread as saying. It is built for the Tuesday before a Thursday group.
Adult Sunday school
A class can work through the same study path together over a term, each person reading at home at their own pace and arriving having covered the same ground. The teacher still teaches; Trinity handles the part where half the room did not read.
New-member classes
New believers are usually carrying questions they are embarrassed to raise in a room of people who already know. They can ask those questions privately, get a straight answer with the passage attached, and bring what is left to you.

Before you ask your elders
Questions churches ask
On the historic core (the Trinity, the incarnation, the resurrection, salvation by grace) it teaches what the church has always held in common. On disputed questions it names the positions instead of taking sides. You can tell it where your congregation stands, so it uses the language your people already hear on Sunday.
Not individually, and we won't build that. A member's questions are their own. Church accounts will see patterns only, like which books people get stuck in and which questions come up most, with nothing traced back to a person. If a small-group leader wants to know what their group is wrestling with, the best move is still to ask them.
