Own the theological quality of everything Trinity teaches, and the line between what is settled and what is genuinely disputed.
Apply for this roleThis is the most consequential non-engineering role at Trinity. You decide how a study path on Romans is structured, how the product handles a question Christians have argued about for four hundred years, and where we say plainly that we do not know. You will be the person who says no when a shipping deadline meets a doctrinal shortcut.
What you will do
Author and review study paths across the Old and New Testaments, from structure down to individual prompts.
Maintain the disputed-questions framework: which topics it covers, how each position is stated, and who reviews it.
Review model behaviour on hard passages and write the guidance that corrects it.
Set and defend the editorial voice: plain, warm, unhurried, never sanctimonious.
Build a small bench of outside readers across traditions who check our work before it ships.
What we are looking for
Formal theological training, or equivalent depth demonstrable in your writing.
Working knowledge of Greek and Hebrew sufficient to read a lexicon entry critically.
Experience teaching Scripture to adults who are not specialists.
The ability to state a position you disagree with so well that its holders would nod.
Clear, unfussy prose, and a willingness to be edited.
Nice to have
Pastoral experience, especially with new believers and returning sceptics.
You have written curriculum that other people successfully taught from.
Comfort with a codebase, or at least with a pull request.
